Expedited shipping speeds up the transit time of your order after it has finished production. This option can be selected during checkout if your shipping address and items are eligible.
Please note: If expedited shipping does not appear as an option, it means one or more of your items or your shipping address are not available.
How to Add Expedited Shipping to New Orders
To select expedited shipping for your purchase, follow these steps during checkout:
Add items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.
Enter your shipping address and click "Continue to Shipping".
Under "Shipping Method", you'll find the available shipping methods and pricing for each. From there, you can select "Expedited Shipping".
How to Add Expedited Shipping to Existing Orders
To add expedited shipping to an existing order, follow these steps:
- Log into your account and navigate to My Orders.
- Guest Checkout: Click here to go to the "Track Your Order" Page and enter your Order Number and Email Address.
- Click on the order you would like to update.
- Click the Upgrade Shipping button at the top of the order page.
- Missing Option: If the option is missing, your order is past the available window and can no longer be upgraded.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to upgrade the shipping on your order.
Limitations
Expedited shipping is exclusively available in the US, Canada, and the UK.
Please note that expedited shipping is not available for:

Select Items: Try-On dresses, final sale items, accessories*, swatches, flower girl dresses*, boys' suits and shirts*, junior bridesmaid dresses*, and junior formal dresses*.
- In the US, safety testing requirements exclude items marked with * from expedited shipping.
- Mixed Orders: Orders containing both made to order and ready made items, or items with and without rush production
- Locations: Select remote regions
Expedited shipping cannot be removed from an order that has already been placed. If you are still within your cancellation window, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the correct shipping option selected. See our Cancellation Policy for time limits.
