Will I be refunded for the try-on fee?

No, the try-on fee is non-refundable.

The fee you pay covers the cost of processing your order. This includes the diligent work of our warehouse team, who locate, inspect, and carefully package your dresses to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. While the fee cannot be refunded, it gives you the chance to try on your favorite items in the comfort of your own home before making your final choice.

Discounts for Purchased Try-On Dresses

Although the try-on fee is non-refundable, we offer a discount if you decide to purchase your try-on dress to keep. 

If you decide to keep your try-on dress, as a special bonus, you'll receive 15% off the purchase price. It's our way of making it even easier (and more affordable) to say yes to the dress you already love. This discount applies automatically at checkout, and you can read more about it here.
