Good to know
- Fee: your try-on fee covers shipping both ways. It isn't refunded and isn't taken off the price if you keep a dress.
- Returns are free: there's no return shipping fee for try-on dresses. Your return only needs to be dropped off by your deadline, not delivered to us.
- Keeping a dress: buy the exact dress you tried on from your order status page, by your deadline and before you start a return. The 15% comes off automatically, with no code needed. Kept dresses are final sale and sold as is. Full steps
