Where should I drop off my return?

All packages must be returned through the carrier specified on the prepaid return label. This label will only work for the designated carrier, and unfortunately, we're not able to switch carriers.

If you are returning an order in Brazil, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, or South Korea, you will not receive a prepaid return label. Your return instructions include a local return address, and you can return your package with the carrier of your choice. Because you ship with your own carrier, no return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

As a reminder, please make sure to have try-on dresses postmarked for return within {{az:_global.postmark_window_days.try_on}} days of delivery. For standard returns, you have {{az:_global.postmark_window_days.standard}} days from receiving your return label to get them postmarked.
