📍 Scenario 1: Your return is still in transit or being processed
If you recently shipped your items back and want to see if they've arrived or started processing at our warehouse:
💵 Scenario 2: Your refund status says "Completed" but you don't see it yet
If your return status shows your refund has been issued, but it hasn't appeared in your account yet, don't worry! This simply means the funds are processing with your financial institution and will take 2 to 5 business days to post.
