We accept returns for standard size dresses, suits, and most accessories within {{az:_global.return_window_days}} days of delivery. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, each item has its own {{az:_global.return_window_days}}‑day return window based on the day that specific item is delivered.

Jewellery and headpieces must be returned within {{az:_global.jewelry_window_days}} days of delivery.

Try-On Dresses must be purchased or returned within {{az:_global.try_on_window_days}} days of delivery.

Step-by-Step Return Guide

1. Once you've clicked the button above, scroll down, and click "Start My Return".
2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address.
3. Log in or create an account:
   • If you have an account: Enter your password.
   • If you don't have an account: Follow the prompts to quickly register.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to select which items you would like to return and submit your request.

5. Once approved, open your confirmation email, print your prepaid shipping label, and attach it to your box.

   • Drop-off deadline: Must be postmarked within your applicable return window (listed above). We recommend dropping off your package as soon as possible after generating your label.

   • Pro-Tip: Do not place clear tape directly over the barcode, as scanners cannot read through reflective tape!
