With our At-Home Try On Programme, you can try on a variety of dresses right in the comfort of your own home before you make your final choice. All you need to do is pop over to the Try-On section of the website, take a look around our selections, and add your picks to your cart. Proceed to checkout and voila, your chosen dresses will be on their way to you!

Return your dresses OR purchase one to keep
Returning your dresses?
- Drop them off with the carrier (or have them postmarked) no later than Day 7.
- Follow the return instructions in our Return Policy.
- Tip: Save your carrier drop-off receipt for your records.
- Ready to order? Place your final order for your chosen style.

Keeping a try-on dress?
- Purchase it by following these instructions.
- You’ll get 15% off the purchase price, applied automatically at checkout. Learn more
- Return any other dresses by Day 7.
Late or missing returns are charged
Dresses not returned or purchased by Day 7 will be charged at
full price, without the 15% discount.
Fees and Charges
The fee you pay (per dress) covers the cost of processing, inspection, and careful packaging by our warehouse team. While this fee is non-refundable, it allows you to try dresses at home before committing to your purchase.
There will be no additional charges for try-on dresses as long as:
- The dresses are returned within 7 days of delivery
- The dresses remain in the country of origin
- The return instructions are followed as outlined in our Return Policy
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in being charged the full price for the dresses.
Programme Limitations
To help manage inventory while giving you maximum flexibility, each account can order up to 6 try-on dresses at a time. There is also a limit of up to 3 Wedding Dress (WD) try-ons per order.
Example combinations:
- 3 Wedding Dress Try-Ons + 3 non-wedding dresses
- 6 non-wedding dresses
Pro Tip: We recommend selecting a variety of sizes and styles to help you find the perfect fit and silhouette.
Excluded Categories: Flower Girl dresses are not eligible for the At-Home Try-On Programme, and some dress categories may not be available in all eligible countries.
Inventory Limitations: Inventory is specific to each country and cannot be shipped internationally from other regions. To see accurate stock and place an order, make sure you are browsing our site from your intended shipping destination.
Country Restrictions: The programme is currently unavailable in the following countries:
Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and South Korea.
