What if the colour I want isn't available?

If you do not find the colour you need listed on the item ordering page, unfortunately we are unable to offer the item in that colour.

Why isn't the colour I need available?

We offer a wide variety of colours for our items, but unfortunately, not every colour is available for every item. If you don't see the colour you need listed on an item's page, it means that either the fabrics used can't be dyed in that specific colour or there are construction-related limitations preventing us from offering that colour.

Please Note: We do not offer custom colouring.

How can I find something similar in the colour I need?

If you have a colour assigned to your party, we recommend using our helpful search filters, such as colour and fabric type, to narrow down your selection.

Will the style be available in the needed colour in the future?

Unfortunately we cannot provide any information regarding future availability of a particular style in your needed colour.
