Return Shipping Fees

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when we process your return. This fee applies to each item you send back, except for try on dresses, and will be deducted from your refund total.

• All fees are in local currency.
• *In select countries, taxes may also apply to the return shipping fee.
• Countries not listed must use their own labels to return.
• Customers using their own label to return are not charged a return shipping fee.
• The return shipping fee is waived when processing an exchange. Exchanges are currently only available for US orders. If you choose a return instead of an exchange, the standard return shipping fee will apply.
