We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns at any time under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Irregular or excessive return patterns that suggest "wardrobing" (purchasing items with the intent to wear them briefly and return them)
• A history of returning items that have been worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or are missing components
• Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity
• Bulk orders including multiple sizes or variations of the same item

Using Your Own Return Label

If you use your own return label, you are fully responsible for ensuring your package arrives within our Return Policy window. Azazie is not responsible for lost returns.
