Azazie Digital Gift Cards

Gift cards are a simple way to share the joy of shopping at Azazie. This guide covers activating, using, and managing your gift cards.

Activating Your Gift Card

You can activate your gift card in two ways:

1) From Your Email

Click “Redeem Code and Shop Now”.

2) From Your Azazie Account

1. Sign in at Azazie.com

2. Go to My Account → My Gift Cards

3. Enter your code in “Redeem a Gift Card”

4. Click Redeem

Using Your Gift Card

At checkout:

• Check the “My Gift Card Balance” box to apply your balance automatically.

• If your balance does not cover the full total, pay the remainder with PayPal or a credit/debit card.

• You may uncheck this box if you'd like to save your balance for later.

Viewing Balance & Details

In your Azazie account under My Gift Cards, you can view:

• Current balance

• Past gift card transactions

• Dates gift cards were added to your account

Gift Card Design & Delivery Options

• Choose from multiple digital card designs.

• Custom designs are not available.

• Schedule delivery up to one year from purchase, or send immediately (usually delivered within 5 minutes).

• You may enter up to 10 email addresses per purchase (each receives the same design, message, and amount).

• For personalized messages or amounts per person, purchase each card separately.

Gift Card Refunds

Refunds involving gift cards work in one of two ways:

1) Purchases made entirely with a gift card

Refunds go to your Azazie Account Balance.

2) Purchases made with multiple payment methods

• If you choose Refund to Original Payment Method:

  • Refunds go to your card/PayPal first (up to the amount paid with each).

  • Remaining balance goes to your Azazie Account Balance.

• If you choose Refund to Azazie Account Balance:

  • The entire refund goes to your Azazie balance.

Refund method cannot be changed after a return is processed.

Restrictions & Limitations

• Gift cards can only be purchased and used in the U.S.

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

• Digital gift cards are nonrefundable.

• Maximum value per card: $1,000

• Max purchase limit: 10 gift cards per day

• Cannot be used for Try-On dresses

• If multiple cards are sent at once, the message will be identical for all recipients
