When planning for your big day or a special event, understanding the difference between Made to Order and In Stock items can help you make informed decisions and ensure everything arrives on time.
When deciding between Made to Order and In Stock items, consider:
Your event timeline
The specific items you need
Any potential seasonal delays in production
Always check the estimated delivery window for each item to ensure it will arrive before your event.
The two types also have different cancellation windows, because In Stock items start packing almost immediately and Made to Order items enter production shortly after your order is placed:
Made to Order items can be cancelled within 72 hours of placing your order.
In Stock items can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Once the cancellation window has passed, the order can no longer be cancelled. See our Order Cancellation Policy for full details.
Important: Whether an item is Made to Order or In Stock does not determine its returnability. Always refer to our Return Policy for details on which items can be returned.
