When you receive your order, we kindly ask that you inspect your dress thoroughly before storing it. This gives you ample time to address any concerns and return the garment if it does not meet your expectations.
Cleaning Your Item
Our dresses are made from delicate fabrics, so we recommend professional dry cleaning only. Machine washing is not recommended, as it may damage the garment.
Storing Your Item
It's best to store our dresses in the provided garment bag to provide an extra level of protection. You'll find hanger ribbon on the inside of the dresses. Be sure to fit these over the hangers to provide extra support. Keep your dress in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or fabric damage. Avoid storing your dress in plastic bags long-term, as this can trap moisture and damage delicate fabrics.
