Sometimes perfection takes a tiny bit of extra tailoring! If your custom-sized dress needs a few local adjustments to achieve the right fit, Azazie can help reimburse eligible alteration costs up to the applicable limit within 6 months of your original order date.
Note: This policy applies exclusively to custom-sized dresses.Standard-sized dresses are not eligible, as they are fully returnable within 30 days of delivery (provided they have not been altered).
How to Request Your Reimbursement
Submitting your request is quick and easy through your Azazie.com account:
Log in and go to My Account.
Under Actions, click Alteration Reimbursement.
Select the dress you want to request reimbursement for and click Continue.
Fill out the application form.
Upload a clear photo of your alteration receipt by clicking Choose a File, then click Submit.
Once submitted, we will process your refund to your original payment method. If too much time has passed, your reimbursement may be issued via check instead, and we will reach out if this applies to you!
