We are excited to offer Local Pickup as a delivery option for customers that are within the service range of our US Warehouse located in the California Bay Area. It’s a super convenient delivery option that allows you to pick up your try on order directly from our warehouse.
Limitations
- Local Pickup is only available within the service range of our California warehouse and is solely for try-on dresses.
- A valid ID is needed to pick up your item(s).
- In order to use Local Pickup we require that you provide your shipping address, name, phone number, and email during the checkout process for delivery notification and verification purposes.
- You have 3 days to pick up your order.
- If your order is not picked up within 3 days, your order will be returned and refunded.
- Once your order is placed, customer service cannot change your delivery option.
- This includes changing from delivery to pick up (or vice versa).
