We are excited to offer UPS Pickup as a delivery option for our US customers. It’s a super convenient delivery option that allows you to pick up your order from a secure UPS Pickup location.
Keep in mind that this option is only available for select items and you'll need a valid ID for pick up!
How to Order With UPS Pickup
- Add your item(s) into your cart and head on over to checkout.
Click "PICK UP"

- Enter your zip code to see if there's a UPS Pickup location near you. Once you’ve found a location, click on the location and hit “SELECT A STORE”. Then continue checking out as you normally would!
How to Pickup Your Order
- When your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you an email with your pickup code. Once you receive your email, you have 7 days to swing by and get your order.
- Next, make your way to the UPS Pickup location. Don't forget to bring a valid ID and the pickup code we sent you via email.
- Once you arrive, show the pickup code to one of the associates and they'll hand over your item(s).
Limitations
- UPS Pickup is only available in the US for select items.
- A valid ID is needed to pick up your item(s).
- In order to use UPS Pickup we require that you provide your shipping address, name, phone number, and email during the checkout process for delivery notification and verification purposes.
- You have 7 days to pick up your order once it is delivered to the UPS Pickup location.
- If your order is not picked up within 7 days, it will be sent back to us. These items will be processed like a normal return.
- Please note that that any items that are nonreturnable will not be refunded.
- Once your order is placed, customer service cannot change your delivery option.
- This includes changing from delivery to pick up (or vice versa) and changing the pick up location.
- If you need to make any changes to your delivery, please directly contact UPS.
