Each household can have up to 6 try-on dresses at a time, and no more than 3 of them can be wedding dresses.
How the household limit works
- Orders shipped to the same address count as one household, even from different accounts.
- The 6 dresses can be in one order or spread across several orders.
- Once a return is scanned back into our warehouse, those dresses stop counting toward your 6, so you can order more.
Where try-on is available
- Try-on stock is separate for each country and can't be shipped from another country. Browse our site for the country you're shipping to.
- Available dress categories vary by country.
- Try-on isn't offered in every country. If our site for your country has no Try-On section, try-on isn't available there.
