We understand that plans can change! The changes you can make to your order depend on the type of item and how recently it was placed. Use this guide to see what changes are allowed, how to make them, and important limitations to keep in mind.
Changes Window by Item Type
Made to Order Items (72-Hour Window)
Changes to made to order items must be requested within 72 hours of placing the order.
Made to order items include: Bridesmaid dresses, Mother of the Bride dresses, Wedding dresses, Junior bridesmaid dresses, Atelier dresses, and Suits.
Allowed changes:
Shipping address
Size
Color
Note: Other changes, such as adding or removing items or switching dress style, are not permitted.
In Stock Items (30-Minute Window)
Changes to in stock items must be requested within 30 minutes of placing the order.
In stock items include: Try-On dresses, Final sale items, Swatches, Groomsmen accessories, Ship Now dresses, and Personalized products.
Allowed changes:
Shipping address only
Note: Other changes, such as changing the size or color and adding or removing items, are not permitted.
How to Change Your Shipping Address
Go to the Track Your Order page.
Enter your email address and order number.
From the order summary page, click Change Shipping Address.
Select a previously saved address or add a new one.
Submit your change request.
💡 Tip: Changes must be submitted within the allowed window for your item type.
How to Change Size or Color
For made to order items only:
Contact Azazie Customer Service within 72 hours of placing your order.
Provide your order number and specify the desired size or color change.
⚠️ We cannot change the size or color of in stock items.
Limitations
- Changes to an order may affect the delivery time.
- Rush production and expedited shipping cannot be added to or removed from your order.
- We cannot change the size or color of in stock items.
- We are unable to add or remove items from orders.
- We cannot change the chosen dress style or switch between standard and custom size.
