We understand that plans can sometimes take unexpected turns. Use this guide to see when you can cancel an order, how to submit a cancellation request, and what limitations apply.

Cancellation Window

In Stock Items (30-Minute Window)

In stock items begin packing almost immediately after your order is placed, which means there is only a short opportunity to stop the process.

Cancellation requests for in stock items must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing the order.

In stock items include: Try-On dresses, Final sale items, Swatches, Groomsmen accessories, Ship Now dresses, Personalized products, and any other ready to ship items.

Made to Order Items (72-Hour Window)

Made to order items enter production shortly after your order is submitted. Because these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Cancellation requests for made to order items must be submitted within 72 hours of placing the order.

Made to order items include: Bridesmaid dresses, Mother of the Bride dresses, Wedding dresses, Junior bridesmaid dresses, Atelier dresses, and Suits.

Please keep in mind that orders cannot be cancelled once the cancellation window has passed. This is because in stock items start packing right away, and made to order items move into production soon after you place your order.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, follow these steps:

Click here to go to the "Track Your Order" Page
Enter your order number and email address
From the Order Summary page, click "Cancel Order"
After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email

💡 Quick Note: Your refund should appear in your account within 3–10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution. We will send you an additional email confirmation once the refund has been processed on our end.

Limitations

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped.
Cancellation requests must be made within the policy window (30 minutes or 72 hours, depending on the product).
Cancellations are final once processed and cannot be undone.
Our system does not support partial cancellations. To remove one or more items, you must cancel the entire order and place a new one.
