When returning or exchanging your items, you have two convenient options depending on how you want to send your package back:
Option A: Happy Returns (In-Person | US Only)
- Get a QR code sent to your email. Take your item and code to any Happy Returns location - no box or printer needed!

Drop-off deadline: Must be returned within your applicable return window. Please drop off your return as soon as possible after generating your code.
- Please ignore any conflicting windows displayed by Happy Returns.
Option B: Mail-In Return
- Get a printable shipping label sent to your email. Print it out, attach it to your box, and drop it off with the designated carrier.
- Drop-off deadline: Must be postmarked within your applicable return window (listed above). We recommend dropping off your package as soon as possible after generating your label.
- Pro-Tip: Do not place clear tape directly over the barcode as scanners cannot read through reflective tape!
