Currently: Major road construction around the Chicago O’Hare International Airport shipping hub has heavily impacted shipping times across the country. Any shipper who uses Chicago O’Hare as a shipping hub is currently experiencing long sort times, slow load times, and delayed truck deliveries because of this road construction.
We understand the disappointment and frustration caused by these delays and lost packages.
Please note: If your order was lost, we have already notified you and provided you with additional options. We ask that you please respond directly to that email so we can prioritize your request in our queue.
We are working closely with our contacts at Chicago O’Hare International Airport to locate and process our shipments as quickly as possible. We are, unfortunately, unable to do much as these delays are out of our control and Chicago O’Hare is also working with everyone else who was impacted by this construction issue. Chicago O’Hare will also not allow anyone outside of their organization onto the terminals to sort packages, we promise, we asked if we could!
In order to allow our customer service team to help everyone as quickly as possible, and prioritize those whose orders may be lost, we do ask that you either respond to the email we have already sent you, or refrain from contacting us if your event is not within the next 4 weeks.
