If you placed your order within or just outside the same 24 hours as your party but forgot to choose your showroom ID at checkout, you may still be able to add it if:
- You placed your order through an azazie.com account and did not checkout as a guest.
- You are within your 72 hour cancellation window.
- You have been invited to your party's showroom (if not, have them invite you).
To add your showroom ID to your order, you'll need to log into your azazie.com account and go to the "My Account" page, here.
Then you'll click on the order in question and choose "Add to Showroom" under "Actions" at the bottom of the order's detail page. The following window will appear and you can choose your party's showroom ID:
Once you've chosen your ID and clicked "Confirm," you'll get a confirmation that the ID has been added to your order:
You'll also be emailed a confirmation of this change to the email on file for your order.
