How To Use Guest Checkout

To checkout as a guest you'll add all items you wish to order to your shopping cart and then click the "Continue Checkout" option. A window will pop up asking you to either log into your azazie.com account, create an account, or continue as a guest. 

Just input your email (this will be the email where we send your order confirmation and other important emails):

Checking Order Status

If you checkout as a guest, you can check on your order by clicking here and filling out your order number and the email address used to place the order (where we sent your email confirmation):

If you also have an Azazie.com account or create one after you checkout as a guest, please be sure to log out of the account before following the link. Otherwise, you'll be taken to the order page for the account, which is not linked to any orders placed through guest checkout.

: We cannot merge orders placed through guest checkout into an azazie.com account.

 

 

 

 

 

RETURNS, CHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS

To request a return label, process an address change, or process a cancellation for your order, you'll click here and sign into the guest checkout page. At the bottom of the page, you'll see actions to request to change your address, process a return, or process a cancellation (depending on the status of your order). 

Please keep in mind that address changes and cancellations can only be processed within 72 hours of the order being placed for made to order items or 30 minutes for ready made items. And returns can only be requested within 30 days of delivery (temporarily increased). 

If you are within your window to make one of these requests and experience any issues, please reach out to us as noted here.

If your party is concerned about ordering in the same showroom you cannot place your order with guest checkout. You'll need to create an azazie.com account first.
