What if I get am email about my order and my party's dye lot?

If you order an item that is made with a different fabric type or color than the items ordered by the rest of your party, we may send an email to notify you of this and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and place a new one so that your items can be made in the same dye lot as your party. 

Remember, only items of the same color and fabric can be from the same dye lot, all other colors and fabrics will be made in separate dye lots. Different fabrics will have some variation, which you can see in advance by ordering a color swatch (here for US customers and here for Canadian customers).

If you don't respond to the email within the deadline on the email, the order will still process but your item(s) will be made in a separate dye lot. 

If you do want your item(s) to match your party, respond to the email by the provided deadline. We can update the color of your dress or cancel the order if you need to reorder another style, we'll just have a limited amount of time to do so (refer to the deadline on the email).
