Shipping Address Changes 

We can update the shipping address for “Ready Made” items (Try-On, Ready-to-Ship, swatches) within 30 minutes of placing the order. 

 

However, for "Made to Order" items, like bridesmaid and wedding dresses, which take several weeks to produce, the shipping address can only be changed within 72 hours of placing the order.

 

 

 

 

 

How To Change Shipping Address

1. Pull up your Account or Order

 

Azazie Account


Log into your account and navigate to the "My Account" section

Guest Checkout


If you checked out as a guest, click here to enter your email and order number

 

2. Select the "Change Shipping Address" button. You can choose a previously saved address or add a new one.

3. Once you've done that, your order will be updated with the new shipping address.

 

If you're unable to change your address on the website, it's unfortunately past the point where we can process the change. If it's too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items or place an additional order for the items needed.

Once an order is placed, we cannot add or remove items or shipping options. 

If you need to change the number of items or add rush production/expedited shipping, you can cancel the order (if within the cancellation window mentioned above) and place a new one with the correct options. 

 

 

 

 

 

Size or Color Changes

We can update the size, color and shipping address for orders within 72 hours of being placed, but we cannot change the style or switch between standard and custom sizes. This only applies to items considered “Made to Order” such as bridesmaid, mother of the bride and wedding dresses that take several weeks to produce.

If your items qualify for a size or color change (details here), contact our Azazie Customer Support Teamwith your order number and desired changes (such as size, color, or measurement) within 72 hours of placing your order.

 

 

 

 

Design Changes

We're sorry, but we cannot make any changes to the design of the dress like removing sashes or bows, adding or subtracting length, etc. But don't worry, you can use our filters to find a similar style that already has the features you're looking for.

 

 

 

 

Fees & Charges

Great news! Making changes to your order will not result in any additional charges.

It depends on the type of item you have ordered and how long it has been since you placed the order. However, once the time frame for canceling an order has passed, the order can no longer be canceled.

 

  • For "Ready Made Items" (such as try-on dresses, ready-to-ship dresses, swatches, groomsmen accessories, 24 Hour Ship Dresses) we can cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing it.

 

  •  For "Made to Order Items" (such as bridesmaid, mother of the bride, wedding dresses) we can cancel the order within 72 hours of placing it. 

 

If it's too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items or place an additional order for the items needed.
