Changes Policy

Depending on what you ordered, our ability to make changes to the order (such as to the address, chosen color, or size) will be limited.

This article details the following information regarding our Changes Policy: 

 


BASIC CHANGES POLICY

ITEM TYPE POLICY

READ MADE ITEMS

 


Because these items process so quickly, we can update the address on these orders within 30 minutes of the order being placed.

No other changes can be made to the order. 

Includes: any products that take a few days to process before they ship, like Try-On dresses, Ready to Ship dresses, 24-Hour Ship Dresses, swatches, etc.

 

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

 

We can change the chosen color, size, and shipping address on these orders within 72 hours of the orders being placed. 

We cannot change your chosen style or change a standard size dress to a custom size (or vice versa). 

 

Includes: any item that takes several weeks for production such as our bridesmaid, mother of the bride, wedding dresses, etc.

ADDRESS CHANGE

 

  1. Go into your Azazie.com account under My Account or, if you checked out as a guest, click the Track Your Order button at the bottom of the website and provide your email and order number.

  2. Select the "Change Shipping Address" button: Screenshot_at_Apr_01_10-59-14.png

  3. Select a previously saved address or add a new shipping address.

  4. Your order will now be updated with your new shipping address!   


If you are unable to change your address on the website, it is too late to process the change. 

COLOR CHANGE Email our customer service team with your order number and your change request (size, color, measurement) within 72 hours of placing you order.

CHANGE LIMITATIONS

Please keep in mind that we cannot add or remove items to an order. If you ordered too many items or not enough, you can process a cancellation (if within your window) and place a new order with the correct items. If it's too late to cancel the order, you can return the unwanted items (if eligible) once they arrive or place an additional order for the items still needed. 


Likewise, we cannot add or remove rush production or expedited shipping once an order is placed. If you are within your cancellation window, you can cancel the order and reorder with the applicable shipping or rush option.

 

DESIGN CHANGES

Unless otherwise noted in a dress's description, we cannot make any changes that would alter the design of the dress such as removing sashes or bows, adding or subtracting length, etc.

If you like a dress but want an added or removed feature, use our handy filters to see if you can find a similar style that already comes with the features you are looking for.
