Canada Sample Program Availability and Production Updates

This notice is specific to our Canadian customers shopping on the Azazie.ca site. We apologize for any inconvenience these changes have caused and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work together to navigate this ever-changing, global pandemic.

Sample Program Closed for Canada

Due to the recent closing of all non-essential businesses and warehouses across the city of Ottawa, in the Province of Ontario, our sample warehouse and shipping center is closed until further notice. We anticipate this closure could last for at least 2 months, but we will be sure to update this page as things change.

Because of this closure, we are unable to process and ship any sample orders until we are able to reopen our warehouse. Unfortunately, this means our sample program will not be available for the time being.

  • If you would like to cancel a recent sample order that has not shipped out yet, you can do so by logging into your azazie.ca account and clicking here. Find your order number and choose Cancel Order under Action. You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation and refund are complete. 

  • If you would like to keep this order in place, you do not need to do anything, and we can ship it out to you once our warehouse reopens.

 

While our US warehouse is still open and has samples available, these cannot be shipped from the US to Canada at this time. 

 

Production Time

Our current production time is currently 7 weeks to make any of our made-to-order items, plus the 1-10 business days to ship.


We still recommend ordering at least 4 months before your event, to help make sure you receive your items with enough time to have any alterations done, plan for potential shipping delays, and ensure you have time to return and reorder if needed. 

We are doing our best to get orders out as quickly as possible while making sure all of our employees are staying safe and following CDC recommended guidelines.
