A Note Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We want all of our customers to know that Azazie is closely monitoring news and reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) about the COVID-19 virus and we are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees.

And due to shelter in place mandates in California, our customer service team will be working from home for the next several weeks. Because of this, we will need to temporarily suspend our phone support option starting March 17 (continuing until we are back in the office).

We can still be reached by email or chat by navigating through the "Get Help" button in the lower right hand side of the website.

Please Keep In Mind the Following:

  • If you have an order you'd like to check the status for, you can use our "Track Your Order"  feature or you may login to your Azazie.com account and choose the order under "My Account."

  • We have always recommended, and still do, placing your orders 4 months before your event date to ensure you have it in time for your event.

  • It currently takes 4-6 weeks for production of dresses plus 1-10 business days for shipping. We now have a rush production option that drops production down by a few weeks. Read more about this on our Rush FAQ

  • The packaging used to ship your bridesmaid dresses is changing to ensure we continue to deliver your garments on time, without interruption. The medical industries' demand for more protective equipment (like medical-grade masks and surgical gowns) has surged in recent weeks due to the global impacts of COVID-19. Our suppliers who produce packaging materials and garment bags have also slowed production in order to comply with workplace social distancing guidelines or shifted production to make and deliver more protective equipment to front-line healthcare workers which means we no longer have access to the same shipping materials as we did before. We appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate this ever-changing global situation.
Please note: Packaging for Bridal Gowns and Try-at-Home dresses is not changing at this time. Try-at-Home dresses will still be shipped in a box to ensure a seamless return when your try-on period ends.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
