We want all of our customers to know that Azazie is closely monitoring news and reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) about the COVID-19 virus and we are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees.
And due to a recent region-wide order to prevent the spread of the virus in Northern California, our customer service team will be working from home for the next few weeks. Because of this, we will need to temporarily suspend our phone support option starting March 17 (continuing for a few weeks).

Please Keep In Mind the Following:
- If you have an order you'd like to check the status for, you can use our "Track Your Order" feature or you may login to your Azazie.com account and choose the order under "My Account
- We have always recommended, and still do, placing your orders at least 4 months before your event date to ensure you have it on time for your event.
- It currently takes 6-7 weeks for production of dresses plus 1-10 business days for shipping. We are unable to rush the production or shipping on any orders at this time.
