At-Home Try On Return Extension

Reminder: The standard 'Try On' period is 7 days from the delivery date as determined by your tracking number.

 

How To - Azazie Account

  1. Log in to your Azazie Account
  2. Go to "My Account" section.
  3. Click on the desired order with the try on dress
  4. Go to "Actions" section
  5. Click "Request Return Extension"
  6. Choose how many days you'd like to extend (up to 3 days) and click "Confirm"

 

How To - Guest Checkout

  1. Go to "Track Your Order"
  2. Enter your Order Number and Email
  3. Once the order summary appears, go to "Actions" section
  4. Click "Request Return Extension"
  5. Choose how many days you'd like to extend (up to 3 days) and click "Confirm"

 

What To Expect

To check the extra days you requested, click "Request Return Extension" again on your 'Order Summary' page.

 

You won't receive an updated return date. You'll need to calculate this by adding the extra days to the initial 7 days. For example, if you request 3 extra days, return the order by the 10th day.

 

If you get a reminder email about your original return window, you can ignore it if you've requested an extension. To check if the extension went through, follow the instructions above. Customer service cannot confirm this for you.
