We understand that you may need some additional time with your try on order so we've created a process to allow you to request additional time through the website at your leisure.

HOW TO REQUEST EXTRA TIME
You get 7 days with your try-on dresses from the date they are delivered (as shown through your delivery tracking number). If you need some additional time, you can request an extension up to an additional 10 days on top of the original week through the website by following these steps:

If you have an azazie.com account, login and go to “My Account” and click on your order number. If you used guest checkout, you'll want to be sure you are logged out of any other Azazie account you may have and input your order number and email address here.

This will bring you to your order summary page where you can click "Request Return Extension" at the very bottom of the screen:

A window will appear asking you to select how many extra days you need and then you'll click "Confirm" to save the request:
Once your request is confirmed, your order will be internally marked with your extension time.

CHECKING YOUR UPDATED RETURN DATE
You will not be given an updated date when you request additional time but this can be calculated by adding however many days you requested to your already allotted 7 days.
If you requested 3 extra days, you get a total of 10 days with your try-on order and you'll want to get the order postmarked for return by the 10th day of delivery.
If you forget how many days you requested, you can go back to your item page (as instructed in the above section) and click the "Request Return Extension" button again, and a pop-up with the time requested will appear:

IMPORTANT NOTE
Even if you process an extension for your try-on order through the website, you may still get a reminder email sharing how much time you have left to return your order based on your original return window. You can disregard this as long as you have requested the extension.
If you are worried that the extension did not go through, please follow the instructions under the "Checking Your Updated Return Date" section of this article. Our customer service won't be able to confirm this on their end.
