My order hasn't shipped, may I cancel it?

We're sorry to hear that things have changed and you now need to cancel your order. While we are always happy to see what we can do to help, we can only cancel orders within a limited amounted time.

Once that time has past, the order moves into production or processing and is unable to be cancelled. Cancelling past the allotted window would disrupt both our production and shipping teams.
