International Customers

Azazie has gone global! We're happy to be able to ship internationally to Canada, the UK, Mexico, France, Germany, and Australia. To better serve these customers, we’ve developed separate websites for each location, hyperlinked below:

If you end up on the wrong website, no need to worry! Simply click the flag icon in the upper left hand corner of the page and choose the applicable country, as pictured:

While our general policies remain the same for all of our customers, US or International, we do have updated information regarding Shipping details, here.

There are also a few key differences between our US and International websites:

• We are unable to offer the At-Home Try On Program on our France, Germany, and Mexico  websites at this time, but we do offer it for our UK, Canadian, and Australian customers. 
• We are unable to offer our Ready to Ship dresses to our UK, France, Germany, Mexico and Australian customers, but we do offer it for our Canadian customers. 
• Both the shipping and billing addresses used at checkout must be for the same country (so if ordering from the UK website, both addresses must be UK based). If your billing address is in another country, try using your shipping address as your billing address.
• Prices on the Australian website are in AUD, prices on the Canadian website are in CAD, prices on the French and German websites are in EUR*, prices on the Mexico website are in MXD, and prices on the UK website are in GBP. 
  *VAT is included in the order total at check out for French orders

We are unable to ship to any other international customers at this time but if you are in need of an Azazie dress, you can always purchase one and have it shipped to a friend or relative in a country we do ship to so they can pass it on to you. Just keep in mind that we have a limited return window.
