How do I change the email on my account?

To change the email on your account, you'll follow these short steps: 

  1. Log into your azazie.com account and click where it reads "Hi [first part of your email]," as pictured:

  2. Next, click where it reads "Edit My Email," as pictured:

  3. This will bring you to a form where you can see your current email and can fill out your new email before clicking "Save Changes," as pictured:  Step_3.png


Please keep in mind that editing your email will not change the email on file for any preexisting orders but will ensure that all future emails have the correct email. 

If you would like the email on file for an order updated, our amazing customer service team may be able to help if you are still within your cancellation/changes window. Otherwise, you'll be able to see when your order ships through your azazie.com account. 


NOTE: If you need to reset your password, you can do so by going to the the sign in page and clicking "Forgot Password" below the login form. You'll input the email on file for your account and you'll be emailed a link that you can click to reset the password.
