Once your return arrives back to us, it can take a few business days for us to process the order back into our warehouse. After that is done, we'll email you a confirmation that the order has been returned to the email we have one file for your order (usually the same email used to create your account).
Please keep in mind that it can take the carrier (as indicated on your return label) some time to get the return back to us. If you want to keep an eye on the progress of the order, just be sure to jot down the tracking number for the package, located on the return label.
