Did you get my return?

It can take quite some time for a package to be returned to us but once we've received the package and have processed it back into our warehouse, we'll be sure to notify you. 

Processing packages can take up to a week (during January - March it may take a few more days). If your package is not eligible for a refund (like a sample order), you'll be emailed a confirmation that the package was received to the email associated with the order. 

If your package is eligible for a return (like a real standard size dress order or accessory), the refund process will begin after the package is processed into the warehouse. The refund can take 5-7 more days and a few more days for your bank to get the funds back into your account. Once the refund is completed on our end, we'll send you a confirmation to the email associated with the order.
