How do I update my email?

To update the email on file for your azazie.com account, you'll want to follow these steps: 

  1. Log into your azazie.com account.
  2. Go to "My Orders" or "My Account," or click here:

  3. On the left side of the page will be a series of options. You'll choose "Edit Email."

  4. Fill out the form with your new email address and current password, click "Save Changes" and your email will be updated.

Please keep in mind that changing the email listed on your account will not update the email on file for any previously placed orders. To get the email updated on those, you'll want to reach out to us with your order number and preferred email address. 

As long as it has been less than 72 hours since your made to order item was placed or 30 minutes since your ready to ship order was placed, we should be able to make the update. 

If we are unable to do so, you can watch the progress of your order through "My Orders" and see the tracking number there once it has shipped.
