Extreme Weather Conditions

We know that extreme weather conditions can delay our customers from processing returns or delay the arrival of new orders. 

If this happens, no need to worry! 

RETURNS
You can request a return extension up to an additional 10 days for your At-Home Try On orders by following the instructions here.

We do have a 30 day return window for standard size dresses and accessories but if your 30 days are almost up and you need to process a return but it's unsafe for you to leave your home or if you have been evacuated, reach out to our customer service team with your order number and we'll do our best to help with an extension. 

We completely understand that you have no control over the weather and your safety is much more important to us than your package getting postmarked for return in time. 

DELIVERY
If the conditions in your area are too hazardous for delivery drivers to safely navigate or if there is expected to be a massive weather event, such as a hurricane or fire, your package will generally be held by your carrier at one of their hubs until it is safe to deliver it. 

If you are worried that they may still attempt to deliver the package, you can contact the carrier and ask them to hold the package for you, just keep in mind that they will only do so for a few days.

Please keep in mind that we can generally only update the address on your order for a short period of time and once it has shipped, we no longer have control over the package.
