Extreme Weather Conditions

We know that extreme weather conditions can delay our customers from processing returns or delay the arrival of new orders. 

If this happens, there is no need to worry! 

RETURNS
You can request a return extension for your At-Home Try On order by following the instructions here. If you have another item that needs to be returned but it's unsafe for you to leave your home or if you have been evacuated, reach out to our customer service team with your order number and we'll do our best to help. 

If this happens, please don't worry! We completely understand that you have no control over the weather and your safety is much more important to us than your package getting postmarked for return in time. 

Go ahead and email us with your order number to let us know your situation and we'll be happy to see how we can help you with this on our end. 

DELIVERY
If the conditions in your area are too hazardous for delivery drivers to safely navigate or if there is expected to be a massive weather event, such as a hurricane or fire, your package will generally be held by your carrier at one of their hubs until it is safe to deliver it. 

If you are worried that they may still attempt to deliver the package, you can contact them and ask them to hold the package for you, just keep in mind that they will only do so for a few days. 

Please keep in mind that we can generally only update the address on your order for a short period of time and once it has shipped, we no longer have control over the package.
