We carry a variety of styles in our At-Home Try On program but our selection of sizes (and especially color) can be limited depending on style popularity and newness. We do regularly add new sizes to the try-on program but this can take some time so we greatly appreciate your patience.
This article will discuss the following topics regarding try-on availability:
CHECKING OUR AVAILABILITY
If you’d like to check if the dress you want is in the program, you’ll want to go to the At-Home Try On Page, search for the item by name, and click on the dress to view the sizing availability. If the size you want is available, it will appear outlined in black. If it is out with a customer, the size will appear grayed out. If the size is simply not in the program, it will not be listed on the order page.
We can see each of these in the example below for the Ailani dress:
We have sizes A0 - A8, A12, A16, and A18 available to try. We have sizes A10, A14, A20 - A24, and A28 out with a customer. And size A26 is not in the program at this time.
If your search for a dress ends with no results, double check the spelling of the style on the main order page and try again. If the dress doesn’t show up, then that style is not in the program at this time. We may have some try-on dresses available in the next month or so but we don't have a way to confirm exactly when so be sure to keep an eye on the website.
NOTIFICATION OF AVAILABILITY
We don't have a way of knowing exactly when a try-on dress may be available on the website again but you can sign up to be notified when it arrives back. Just go to the style’s try-on page, click on the size you need, and fill out the box that appears and hit “Notify Me.”
When the size arrives back, you’ll be emailed a confirmation.
Please keep in mind that the notification email is not the same as a waitlist and does not guarantee that you will be able to order the try-on dress. Our try-on selection is limited and first come first serve so there is a chance that you could get your notification email only to find that the dress has already been reordered so be sure to get on the website to order as soon as you can.
NOTE: It can take over a month for a try-on dress to become available again once ordered (2 weeks for processing and delivery, 1 week with the customer, 2 weeks for it to be delivered back to us and placed on the website).
SIZE NOT AVAILABLE
If the size you want isn’t listed on the order page at all, that means that the size is not in the try-on program at this time but you can sign up to request that it be added. Just click above the size options where it says “Don't see your size available? Let us know!” and fill out the form that pops up:
Our system will send you an automated email letting you know when the size does become available but please keep in mind that it could still take quite some time for the size to appear in the At-Home Try On Program. If you need to decide on a size and style sooner rather than later, reach out to our customer service team for advice.
COLOR NOT AVAILABLE
While we do try to offer a variety of colors per style, we are not able to stock every color in every style and size. This is especially true of newly released styles and colors, which will be more limited in general within the program. It may take a month or so after release to see new styles and color included in the program.
If you are interested in seeing a color in person, we recommend ordering a color swatch from us. Each swatch is $2 and we cover the shipping costs.
Swatches include all fabrics that can be made in that color, excluding lace. If a fabric is not included in the swatch, it means we are unable to make it in that color.
