Extreme Weather Conditions

Throughout the year we know extreme weather conditions can negatively impact a carriers ability to deliver a package and we do so appreciate our customer's patience and understanding when these unpredictable circumstances occur. 

Generally if conditions are unsafe for drivers in an area (due to hurricanes, fires, snow, flooding, etc), the carrier will have all packages sent to one of their hubs and they will hold off on delivery until conditions become safe for drivers once more. 

If you see your package is being held due to unforeseen weather conditions, you'll want to reach out to the carrier for the most up to date information. 

We understand that customer's who already have their orders but may need to return them won't be able to do so safely during these extreme conditions

If you have try on dresses that needs to be returned, you can follow the instructions here to request and extension up to an extra 10 days. 

If you have any returnable items that you need to send back to us, keep in mind that our current return policy is 45 days, so you'll have some time.
