Placing An Order

We've made placing an order with us as easy as possible! In general, you'll follow the same steps when ordering most items (with a few tweaks here and there) and this article will provide helpful information on how to do and more: 

 

 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Go to the item page and choose your preferred color, size, and/or production time (if applicable):

 

  • Color Options: If your color is not listed, we cannot offer it in this style.
  • Size Options: You can choose either a standard (A0-A30 in this example) or Custom Sizing. If ordering a custom size, you'll click the "Custom Size" box, input your measurements in inches, and you'll need to read and agree to our Custom Sizing terms and conditions before adding the item to your Shopping Bag.
  • Production Times: If we offer rush production (which speeds up production times for a fee) for an item, you'll see it highlighted below the sizing options and there will be a drop down menu where you can choose the option. 

 

Once all options are chosen, click "Add to Bag" if you are still shopping or "Buy Now"if you are ready to checkout.

Once you're ready to check out and are in your shopping bag (you can click the shopping bag icon if you left it by mistake) you may have a few options to choose: 

 

    • Showroom ID: If you were created or accepted an invitation to a showroom, you'll see a notice pop up asking you to choose a Showroom ID to associate the order with. This is only necessary if you and your party are following our Color Consistency FAQ. If you are not doing this, simply choose the "No Party/Not Applicable" option. 
    • Rush Production: If you didn't choose the rush production option previously, you'll see the option to choose it again if applicable to the item. You'll click the drop down menu beside the item details and choose the faster option. If there is no drop down menu, we don't offer rush for this item. 
    • Review Item Details: Make sure you have chosen the correct color and size. You can click "Edit" if you need to make changes or click "Delete" if you want to remove the item or click "Save for Later" if you want to remove an item for now. 
    • Garment Bags: If ordering a made to order dress, you'll get 1 free garment bag for up to every 2 made to order dresses in you cart. This means if you order 1-2 dresses, you only get 1 garment bag but if you order 3-4 dresses, you would get 2 garment bags.

      If you see you need 1 bag per dress and need more than what is listed at checkout, you can add more to your shopping bag here.

      If you need 10 bags, we do offer a bulk discount on purchases of 10 garment bags, here


Once you've reviewed and chosen any needed options, click "Secure Checkout" to move to the check out stage:

Once on the checkout page, you'll need to provide your event date, shipping address (we do not ship to PO Boxes), and choose your shipping method (some items will offer expedited shipping for a fee but if that option doesn't appear, it is not offered). 

Please note that the estimated delivery window will update based on your address and could be sooner or later than the window shown on the ordering page. 

If you have a coupon code, you can click the "Add a Promo Code" button above the Continue Checkout button. Input the code and hit apply.

 

Once you're ready to move on, click "Continue Checkout."

At the review stage of checkout, you'll be able to review your order details (including provided address) and provide your payment and billing details (we cannot accept a PO Box for your billing address, please try an alternative with the same address). 

Once completed, you'll need check that you "confirm that everything in my order is correct, including color, measurements, and style, and I have read AZAZIE's return policy and Dye Lot FAQ."

Then click "Place My Order" and you are done.

AFTER ORDERING

Once you've clicked the "Place My Order" button, you'll be taken to an order confirmation page with your unique order number and you'll be emailed a confirmation once your payment option has been received.

Orders will not be processed until payment has accepted. If your payment  doesn't go through, we will email you to notify of this and give you the opportunity to continue with the order. If you get this email and think you completed your order, please double check the status of your order through your azazie.com account or, if you used guest checkout, click here

 

SALES TAX

Depending on your location, you may be required to pay some sales tax for your order. If this happens, the exact amount will be determined and listed at checkout once your Shipping Address has been inputed and saved.

 

Please keep in mind that these taxes are based on your address and are state mandated, we do not have any control over the amount.
