We've made placing an order with us as easy as possible! In general, you'll follow the same steps when ordering most items (with a few tweaks here and there) and this article will provide helpful information on how to do and more:
How To Place An Order
1. Choosing Your Items
Go to the item page and choose your preferred color, size, and/or production time (if applicable):
- Color Options: If your color is not listed, we cannot offer it in this style.
- Size Options: You can choose either a standard (A0-A30 in this example) or Custom Sizing. If ordering a custom size, you'll click the "Custom Size" box, input your measurements in inches, and you'll need to read and agree to our Custom Sizing terms and conditions before adding the item to your Shopping Bag.
- Production Times: If we offer rush production (which speeds up production times for a fee) for an item, you'll see it highlighted below the sizing options and there will be a drop down menu where you can choose the option.
Once you've made your selections, simply click 'Add to Bag' if you're still shopping or 'Buy Now' if you're ready to checkout.

2. Review Your Shopping Bag
If you're ready to check out and find yourself in your shopping bag (don't worry, you can click on the shopping bag icon if you left it by mistake), you'll have a few options to choose from:
- Showroom ID: If you've created or accepted an invitation to a showroom, a notice will pop up asking you to choose a Showroom ID to associate your order with. This is only necessary if you and your party are following our Color Consistency FAQ. If you're not following this, simply select the 'No Party/Not Applicable' option.
- Rush Production: If you didn't select the rush production option before, you may still have the chance to choose it now, depending on the item. Look for the 'rush production' option in the drop-down menu next to the item details and select the faster option if available. If there is no drop-down menu, that means we do not offer rush production for this item.
- Review Item Details: Double-check that you've selected the correct color and size before proceeding. If you need to make any changes, simply click 'Edit.' You can also 'Delete' the item entirely, or choose to 'Save for Later' if you're not ready to purchase just yet.
- Garment Bags: If you're ordering a made-to-order dress, you'll receive one free garment bag for every two dresses in your cart. For example, if you order 1-2 dresses, you'll receive 1 free garment bag. If you order 3-4 dresses, you'll receive 2 garment bags.
If need 1 bag per dress and need more than what is listed at checkout, you can add more to your shopping bag here.

Once you've reviewed and chosen any needed options, click "Secure Checkout" to move to the check out stage.

3. Preceding to Checkout
To proceed with checkout, you'll need to provide your event date, shipping address (please note that we do not ship to PO boxes), and select your preferred shipping method. Note that some items may offer expedited shipping for an additional fee, but not all items have this option.
Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery window may vary based on your address, and could be sooner or later than the window shown on the ordering page.
If you have a coupon code, you can add it by clicking the 'Add a Promo Code' button located above the 'Continue Checkout' button. Simply input your code and hit 'Apply'.
Once you're ready to move on, click "Continue Checkout."

4. Review your Order Details
At the review stage of checkout, you'll be able to review your order details, including the provided shipping address. You'll also need to provide your payment and billing details at this stage. Please note that we cannot accept a PO box for your billing address - please provide an alternative address that matches your shipping address.
After reviewing your order details, please confirm that everything is correct, including the color, measurements, and style of your items. Also, please make sure that you've read AZAZIE's return policy.
Once you've confirmed this, simply click 'Place My Order' and you're all set!"
After Ordering
Once you've clicked the "Place My Order" button, you'll be taken to an order confirmation page with your unique order number and you'll be emailed a confirmation once your payment option has been received.
Orders will not be processed until payment has accepted. If your payment doesn't go through, we will email you to notify of this and give you the opportunity to continue with the order. If you get this email and think you completed your order, please double check the status of your order through your azazie.com account or, if you used guest checkout, click here.
Sales Tax
Depending on your location, you may be required to pay some sales tax for your order. If this happens, the exact amount will be determined and listed at checkout once your Shipping Address has been inputed and saved.
Please keep in mind that these taxes are based on your address and are state mandated, we do not have any control over the amount.
