Help! My Showroom ID Expired Before I Could Order!

Don't worry just yet!

If it's been less than 72 hours since the Showroom ID expired, our amazing stylists may be able to help! 

Go ahead and get your order placed and then email us a complete list of order numbers from the bridal party and your party's Showroom ID number.

We know you may not know every member of your bridal party but if you have a group chat or if you can get in contact with the Maid of Honor, they may be able to help you gather all the order numbers. 

Please keep in mind that after 72 hours have passed from when the first order was placed using the Showroom ID, the orders under the ID will begin moving into production and we'll no longer be able to add any other orders to the same dye lot. 

If it has been longer than 72 hours, we won't be able to add you into the same dye lot but as long you ordered a dress in the same color and fabric as the rest of the party, you should be okay!

We work really hard to maintain color consistency and while there can be differences between dye lots, these are generally slight.
