Where should I drop off my return?

All packages must be returned through the designated shipper listed on the prepaid return label sent out after a return request is made. The label will not work for any other shipper and we are not able to change the shipper. 

We primarily use FedEx to ship and return packages to us but we recognize that not every customer may have easy access to a FedEx store or drop box to bring their return. However, many Walgreens and Office Depots have FedEx drop off locations and you can also schedule a pick up with FedEx. 

Please keep in mind that samples must be postmarked for return by the 7 day of delivery and all standard returns must be postmarked by the date listed on the RMA form included with the return label.
