We've streamlined the process to make it as easy as possible so once you've created your azazie.com account, have read our FAQs, and have decided on your size (you can find out guidelines for sizing on our Size Chart page), you'll just need to follow these steps:
- Go to the dress page. For this example, we'll use the Clara.
- Choose your color by clicking the color dot you want and then choose your size from the list on the item page. In the example below we've chosen "Peacock" for our color and A16 for our size:
- Click the "Add to Bag" button and you're dress will be moved into your shopping bag. At this point, you can continue to add items to your bag until you are ready to place your order.
- Once all desired items are included in shopping bag, double check that everything is correct, choose a Showroom ID if applicable, and select "Continue Checkout:"
- This will bring you to the payment page. Enter and save your event date and fill out all shipping and payment information. The click "Continue Checkout."
- This will bring you to your final review page so you can see see if all of your information is correct. If it is, check that you "confirm that everything in my order is correct, including color, measurements, and style, and I have read AZAZIE's return policy and Dye Lot FAQ" and select "Place My Order."
- You'll be taken to a confirmation page that will give you an order number and you will be emailed a confirmation once the payment has processed. Please be sure to read all emails from us carefully.
