How do I return my At-Home Try On Dresses?

We include a prepaid return label in the box with your try on dresses to make processing your return a breeze but if you need another copy, you can reach out to our amazing customer service team and we'll get you a copy. 

To return your try on dresses, pack the dress back in the box they arrived in (or in one of similar size and shape), attach the label onto the box, and get it postmarked for return by the 7th day of delivery.

The majority of our return labels will be for FedEx but depending on your location, you may need to drop the package off with a different shipper so do be sure to double check what the return label says. 

If your return label is for FedEx but you don't have a FedEx location near you, no worries! Many Walgreens and Office Depots have FedEx drop off locations. You can also schedule a pick up with FedEx, but they may charge you a fee for this service, which is not covered by Azazie and will not be refunded.

Once we receive your return back and have scanned it back into our warehouse (this may take some additional time), we will email you a confirmation. 

All try on dresses must be returned to us, otherwise you could be charged for the try on dresses and banned from our website. If an order of multiple try on dresses arrives back with a try on dress missing, you will be automatically charged for the try on dress (twice the retail cost, plus additional shipping and handling charges). Read more about this here
