How do I check on the status of my orders?

The quickest and easiest way to check on the progress or status of your order is to log into your azazie.com account, go to "My Account," and select your order number. Once you have done so, you'll be able to see the status of your order which will include the following stages from start to finish.

Here is a view of an account page. We can see the order number, date the order was placed, total cost, status, and a list of actions that can be taken with the order (these will differ depending on the status of the order):

To view the progress of your order, simply click the order number and you will be brought to the order's summary page:

There are three stages that an order undergoes before it arrives to you, including "Order Placed," "Order Confirmed," and "Shipped."

Order Placed means that the order has been placed and is in preproduction. During this time, you can request changes to your order or request that it be cancelled.

Order Confirmed means that your order is in production or is being processed. Because we are a made to order company, this will be the longest stage that your order remains in as it will take some time for us to make each item. If you reach out to us for more details during this stage, we generally will not have any to give (we don't get very many updates on our end either).

Shipped means that the order finished and is on its way to you! You should have been emailed a tracking number at this point but if you have not, the tracking number will be listed on the order summary page:

If you have trouble logging into your azazie.com account, you can of course reach out to our amazing team of Stylists for a progress update a well. Please just keep in mind that we don't get too many additional updates other than those noted above!
