To view the progress of your Azazie order, please follow these instructions. 

 

1. 📋 Pull up your Order 

    • Azazie Account: Log into your account and find the order in question to see progress, details and delivery window. If this doesn’t work, follow the Guest Checkout Instructions.
  •  
    • Guest Checkout: Click here and enter the email address and order number to access the order progress page.

 

2. 🔍 Review Order Progress Page

The order progress page will show a grey progress bar that fills in with pink as it moves through 3-5 stages depending on the order type.

 

Order Placed Waiting for Payment
Order Confirmed Pre-production or pre-processing stage with the option to cancel or request changes
Order In Production Currently being sewn, can take several weeks
Final Production Stages Near completion, too late to cancel or change
Shipped Completed and shipped out

Unexpected Cancellation

Receiving both a Confirmation Notification and a Canceled Notification

If you received an email saying your order was confirmed, but then another saying it was cancelled, it's possible that you created two orders for the same item.

 

To check the status of your orders, log in to your Azazie account if you checked out with an account or enter your email and order number here if you checked out as a guest.

 

 

Receiving Two Different Order Numbers for the Same Order

If you find two identical orders, with one confirmed and the other unconfirmed, the unconfirmed order will be automatically canceled after about a week and you will receive an email confirmation. As long as your confirmed order is accurate, you do not need to take any further action.
