Creating & Maintaining Your Account

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Creating an Azazie account gives you access to all of our different features, adds ease to the checkout process, and provides more options at checkout.

To create an account, you'll go to follow these simple steps: 

  1. Click "Sign In" on the upper right side of the website:

  2. You'll be taken to the Sign In page where you can choose to login using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account (this will open a separate window where you'll log into that specific account) or you can create an account from scratch by clicking "Create An Account":

  3. You'll be taken to this page where we'll ask you to input the best email to reach you (so you get any important emails regarding your order), a password of your choice, and your event date:

  4. Once your information is inputted, click "Sign Up" and you're done! You'll be taken back to the page you were previously on and you can continue browsing or checking out! 


HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LOGIN EMAIL
Sign into your Azazie account and click here. You'll be asked to provide the new email address, confirm your current email, and confirm your current password. Click "Save Changes" and you'll be set! 

Keep in mind that this only updates the email on file for your account, it will not change the email on file for any orders previously placed. You'll need to reach out to customer service to get that updated and we generally can only do so for a limited time. 


HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

Sign into your Azazie account and click here. You'll be asked to confirm your current password and choose your new password. Click "Save Changes" and you'll be set! 


FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
If you forget your password, click here and input the email linked to your account. We'll send you a password reset email to that address (check your spam folder if you don't get it).

Once you have the email, click on the link and you'll be directed to reset the password.

If you have trouble using this feature, you may have used Guest Checkout. Please follow the instructions here to help you look up your order details.
