We are so sorry to hear that your dress isn't work out!
Since we are a made to order company, we do not have an exchange program set up as we do not keep a stock of dresses on hand. Each dress is made only as it is ordered.
If your wedding is postponed due to COVID-19 or if you need a different style or size, you'll need to place a new order to get a new dress.
If you ordered a standard size dress and fall within our 30 day return policy, you'll be able to process a return for your first dress. You can find instructions for making a return along with our full return policy here for US customers and here for Canadian customers.
Please also keep in mind that Azazie will only issue one prepaid return label per order. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees including, but not limited to, the cost to ship and any shipping materials on additional returns. Because of this, we recommend returning all unwanted items at one time.
