Before ordering, please carefully read this article to ensure a clear understanding of our shipping processes and policies.
We are able to ship our products throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, France and the United Kingdom.
We are also able to ship to US APOs and MPOs as well as to the following US Territories:
- American Samoa
- Federated States of Micronesia
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Puerto Rico
- Virgin Islands.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes and are unable to ship to any freight forwarding companies due to high correlation with fraudulent activity. If an order is placed with a forwarding company as the shipping address, the order will be canceled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please use either a residential or business address at checkout.

CARRIERS & SHIPPING TIMELINES
Carriers are automatically applied to an order based on the provided shipping address. We do not have the power to change the chosen carrier and can only apply one address per order.
Each item has a unique processing or production time which is listed on the item page. This time does not include shipping time, which can take an additional 1-18 days, depending on where you are located:

At checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery window based on your shipping address and your item’s listed processing/production time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order ships.

If you realize you need to change your address after placing your order, we will be able to do so within a limited window by following these instructions.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
At this time, we are only able to apply one address per order. We cannot split and order and ship products to separate locations.
If you were planning to order items for your party and want them to be shipped directly to them, you'll need to either place separate orders for each party member or place a single order and ship them out directly yourself once the package is delivered to you.
