Shipping Timelines
The carrier for an order is automatically selected based on the shipping address provided and cannot be changed. Processing time for each item is listed below and does not include shipping time, which can take 1-18 days depending on location including US Territories.
When checking out, you will be given an estimated delivery window based on your shipping address and item's processing time.

Shipping Restrictions
Please keep in mind that we do not ship to:
- P.O. boxes
- freight forwarding companies
Due to high correlation with fraudulent activity, we are unable to ship to any freight forwarding companies. If an order is placed with a forwarding company as the shipping address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Please use either a residential or business address at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Azazie is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages and if you have concerns please contact the carrier. Some carriers may mark packages as "Delivered" before they arrive.
📲 Contact the Carrier
If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact the carrier after 2 hours of receiving delivery notification.
🏡 Check Your Surroundings
We recommend checking with your neighbors, building manager, or leasing office in case of misdelivery.
Damaged Packages
We are sorry your package got damaged on the way to you! However, Azazie is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages and if you have concerns, we recommend contacting the carrier.
Expedited Shipping
US Customers
We offer expedited shipping for an extra fee of $10 on orders over $50 and under $700. This option is not available for certain types of orders and for shipping to certain locations. For more information, see here.
International Customers
We offer expedited shipping via DHL for an extra fee. This option is not available for certain types of orders. For more information, see here.
Returns
Refunds will be issued for the amount paid for the items along with applicable taxes but shipping and any rush fees (if applicable) will not be refunded. A restocking fee may be deducted.
Tracking My Order
Tracking information for your order can be found on the Order Progress page after the order has been shipped or completed production.
Please note that tracking may not be updated until 24 hours after the package has been shipped and you should contact the carrier for delivery updates. Unfortunately, our customer service team will not be able to provide additional information.
Changing Your Address After Ordering

Delivered in Multiple Packages?
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on what you have ordered. If you have any concerns about your order being shipped in multiple packages, please contact our Azazie Customer Support team for more information. They will be able to assist you and provide more details.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
Currently, we can only ship to one address per order.
There are two workarounds for this.
📦📬 One Order + Self Ship: Make one order then separate and ship them yourself after receiving the package.
📦📦 Separate Orders: Make multiple orders and change the shipping address in your account for each order.
